Handling:

Once your order is placed online, our fulfillment team's processing time of your order can range between 1 - 3 business days. During our peak seasons, processing time can take up to 4-5 business days. 

 

First Class Shipping:

This service is provided by USPS and DOES NOT include insurance if your package is to become lost or damaged in transit.

 

FedEx Priority 2 Day Nation Wide:

Is an expedited form of shipping it come with tracking and is INSURED UP TO $100.00 If the package was damaged or lost in transit. Fulfillment time is not included in shipping time. If you need your order by a certain date. Please email us at support@kameronmichaels.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 


If your package was delivered and is stolen from your door or postal cluster box (apartment style), is it not covered by the insurance.

 

FedEx Overnight:

is our most expedited form of shipping.

If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it,  You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected).   KameronMichaels.com is not responsible for items that are stolen from your door or apartment style cluster box. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
